So, for the past few weeks, I’ve been going to this restaurant on Fridays. This guy, Tim, is constantly my waiter, and we’ve been flirting. He is interested in the conversations I’m having, we talk quite a bit ourselves, and he asked to see my vacation pictures.
The problem is, this happens with my grandparents. I go with them every Friday…and I really want to establish that I would like to hang out with Tim outside of his restaurant job, but how am I supposed to do that with my grandparents around?
Two options right now are:
I lend him Dorian Gray, the book we had a lengthy conversation on, and leave my phone number inside
OR
I just write my number on the check like everyone else.
But I feel like there are better ways to do this. Any ideas, lovely followers?
